Has been easy experince. I am not so smart with these new web things, ( to buy, to sell and use the qweb), but to buy these products has been easy and fast. I received my products in few day at my home and also the delivery has been a good experience. A phone call and the guy was at my address giving me all my lenses. Nice, convenient price and fast delivery. I will repeat for sure !!!

If possible, I would have given a score of 4.5 out of 5 as like always I am completely satisfied with the product, it's disappointment at the robustness of the packaging used for sending purposes. When the ordered goods had reached my address, the packaging was ripped and a hole present, luckily nothing was missing but stronger external packaging would alleviate this risk and gain another star on my review!

WeLoveLenses have a vast range of contact lenses. Their delivery is very fast. Also, I only had an issue once in the 5 years I've been using them because they sent me wrong prescription for my lenses, and they immediately sent me another packet next day. Have nothing but praise for them!

Good products and quick delivery service. However the website is a little misleading about free delivery to Europe … not to the U.K. anymore but that’s not clear. Also was charged twice and I had to contact for a refund time, which took longer than expected and I was contacting by Facebook messenger (but ideal). Ok I guess …
